Choice Architecture

Designing a home doesn’t need to be a stressful experience.

If you choose to design with Choice, you’ll be looked after by a down-to-earth, approachable group of designers who really are passionate about creating you a unique home that stands out from the rest.

Choice Architecture's design approach is simple. They listen. At the end of the day, this is your home and they want to make sure you get exactly what you want.

To do this, they break it down into 3 following stages:

Preliminary design

This is the fun part. Choice Architecture gets to sit down together and discuss what you’re wanting to do, how best they can achieve that, and from there, they'll come up with a concept that best reflects those ideas.

Developed design

Choice Architecture doesn’t always get things perfect on the first try, and they'll be the first to admit that.

Once you’ve had a chance to look over your concept, they'll get back together and discuss any changes you might like to make until you’re 100% happy with your design.

Detailed design

This is where Choice Architecture takes over and you can sit back, relax and know that your project is in safe hands.

From coordinating any consultants that are involved, finishing off the technical documentation and looking after the building consent process, they do it all.
