I have over 22 years of professional experience in all project types. I've worked for small boutique practices, large multi-national practices, builders, government, and most rewardingly in my own practice.​

I believe good architecture improves life. I also believe that good architecture needn't be expensive. It's not about how much money you spend, it's about maximising the result from the money you are comfortable spending. I enjoy working for clients that appreciate good design and value the knowledge and experience I bring to their projects.​

Through my residential work, in particular, my practice has developed a strong reputation for clear client communication and outstanding design quality. I have a deep appreciation and knowledge of our natural world and changing climatic conditions. This intuitive environmental appreciation is critical to successful architectural design, and strong motivation for my exciting and responsible design concepts.

With over 22 years of broad architectural experience specialising in residential architecture, but also including commercial, retail, industrial, environmental and rural projects, I am well experienced in all aspects of architectural design and the building process.

My public sector experience enhanced my skills in the design and importance of well-designed public spaces, community activation, community safety, value and risk management, life cycle and sustainability awareness... all within a community-focused political environment.

My architectural experience base is broad and varied, with skills that can be applied to all project types. I have extensive experience in residential design and can assist you with either the design of your new home or with alterations and additions to your existing home. In addition, I can guide you through the feasibility process that often precedes significant projects like these, giving you the confidence to know that all options have been considered, and ensuring you have a clear understanding of the process at all times. I can provide skilled design, documentation and contract administration services for your project (full services), or particular stages only (partial services).
