I moved into my new house 5 months ago.  It has been 5 months of pure joy.  I asked Carolyn to design a house that would make me smile every time I came home. She has more than achieved this.  My house is sheer joy 24/7.

When I first met Carolyn she asked me to provide a wish list.  As well as wanting it to be sunny, warm, comfortable and fun, I asked for some specifics to meet my personal wants and needs.

She delivered these wishes in bucket loads.  Every single one of the wishes on my list is now a reality.  She has designed me a very attractive building, which I feel has considerable style. 

The process of building my house could not have been more pleasurable. Carolyn’s attention to detail, her unique sense of design and creativity, and her excellent listening and communication skills all contributed to a smooth and enjoyable experience.  She took care of the project in the most calm and efficient way.

Now, I am living in the most perfect house I could ever have imagined, and…….within my budget!

We approached Carolyn when we needed to create a connection between the main living level of our home and the basement laundry below.

What she came up with really surprised us. We thought she would just give us a solution to our stair problem but with some re-arrangement within the existing space we got a large bedroom with better privacy as well as a sunny light filled living area.

The spaces that were once like a rabbit warren feel so much bigger and open. Now our house really works as a family home.

The house works extremely well and absolutely fitted our requirements for somewhere small and simple. The design makes the most of the narrow site with the extension working very well for visitors who appreciate being a bit separate from our house.

We didn't want to have to engage with council, neighbours, engineers, etc  - this was all handled for us. Carolyn also co-ordinated the selection of the bathroom, kitchen and lighting fixtures which made it easy to choose all the fittings.

We enjoyed working with Carolyn and found her very responsive and appreciated the quick turn-around on the emails.

I did receive the drawings and just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for all your amazing work. I've felt very fortunate that I won the prize and that I got the opportunity to work with you. I found it extremely enlightening as well as rewarding.

Working with Carolyn and Click Architects has been an enjoyable exciting process from the initial design right through to closing out the project.
