Upgrade Your Hot Water System

Is the water pressure in your home sluggish or weak? Do you find that you are constantly running out of hot water? You may need to upgrade your hot water heating system! Collin’s Plumbing, Gas & Heating can advise you on the most cost and energy efficient gas hot water heating solution for your home.

Where Does Your Water Pressure Come From?

We all have ‘mains pressure’ from your water main and pump, but what makes a mains pressure system? It all comes down to your hot water heating source. These come in many forms such as:

• Electric HWC
• Wet Back
• Gas HWC
• Gas instantaneous Califont

Once you have identified your source, we can offer you a solution to improve your pressure or energy efficiency. Speak to one of our residential plumbing experts for information on the practicality and cost associated with completing the project.

What’s the Most Energy Efficient Upgrade?

If your hot water heating system is an electric low pressure/mains pressure HWC, you may want to upgrade to a gas water heater. This will give you mains pressure, while saving you money because you no longer have a ‘standing hot water cost’ i.e. no cylinder that is being constantly heated. Your water is heated, as you need it. We can also offer you a more energy efficient gas option, the Bosch eco-condensing boiler. This unit has a 6.5 star energy rating and is the most efficient gas water heating system in its class.

Top Quality Energy Efficient Heating Systems for the Home or Office
