Warranties and Maintenance:
Just as your roof ensures you, your loved ones and/or your business are protected from the elements, your warranty ensures your investment is protected.

The New Zealand Building Code (B2.3.1 Durability) requires non-structural roofing to have a minimum durability of 15 years (with maintenance). Our residential roofing warranties meet this requirement, and our cladding, fascia and rainwater products also conform to the appropriate durability standards.

The validity of your warranty relies on two things – choosing the right product, and then maintaining it.

Of course, like any material that’s exposed to the elements, a little bit of maintenance is always required. Regularly conducting this maintenance will help keep your warranty valid, and will ensure you get the longest life possible out of your roof.
