“I wish to confirm my total satisfaction regarding Jared Copland’s overall ability in the construction of our new house at 272 Highgate, Dunedin. Jared’s approach was one of outstanding cooperation, being prepared to discuss every aspect of the job. His trade skills were superb and it was obvious he had the full cooperation and understanding of all the associated trades to complete the project in the predetermined time. In compliance with the request of the Dunedin City Council Building Inspectors, he has gained great respect for his cooperation in finalising a small number of items that required further attention for us to obtain our CCC Certification. I have no hesitation in recommending him as a prospective builder as he has proved his skills in all aspects of house construction and also as a person that will accommodate with reason the views to satisfy his clients.”
