"Building a bespoke home in the inner city was always going to be a challenge but Corvus Primesite, in many ways saved my project. From the start they ticked the first box—being good communicators. I never had to chase them up. Promises were kept and expectations were set if anything changed, Stuart was promptly on the phone or calling by to let me know why something wasn’t happening as promised. How many builders never understand that it’s better to know than be left in the dark. Throughout the entire job an experienced site supervisor was on site coordinating all the various trades and sorting out any little construction or design knots that came up. Often making suggestions that improved the finish by talking with myself and/or my architect. He cared as much about the build as I did. Because of site difficulties getting out of the ground was a mission, but Corvus dealt with Sydney Water and the City Council, chasing consultants and finding specialist sub contractors to constantly push all parties to get the work done. Most of all they understood what my architect was trying to achieve with clean lines, minimalist, high quality finishes and took as much pleasure as I did in creating a beautiful and unique house for my retirement."

"We engaged the services of Corvus Primesite in 2017 to conduct significant building works on a property we own in Clovelly. The project involved many complexities. The apartment is on the fifth floor and most of it, (and an above ground swimming pool) was demolished. Limited access for materials handling, a high level of architectural fit out (i.e nothing standard) and being part of a strata building (with 15 other owners) added additional degrees of difficulty to the project. Throughout the 13 month long project, the team from Corvus Primesite not only delivered us a quality home, but also managed to maintain cordial relationships with the other apartment owners. This required a great deal of effective management, co-operation and communication – particularly in regard to dealing with a difficult strata committee. It also allowed us (as the owners) to keep at arm’s length from the project. At no time during the process did we doubt the workmanship being conducted or the honesty and integrity of Corvus Primesite. The project team, including our project manager Stuart Emmins, at all times displayed professionalism and co-operation. As far as building projects go, this one was relatively stress free, due to the fact that Corvus Primesite had everything under control and delivered upon our contractual arrangement. Like any build there were a few minor defects upon completion. The level of after-project service has been exemplary. We have had all issues attended to in a timely manner. This service has even extended to other issues in the building that weren’t even related to our project. We would have no hesitation in recommending Corvus Primesite to any potential client. "After another builder quit after only a couple of weeks of planning as it was all too hard, we were introduced to Corvus Primesite who took the job on from design to completion. The brief was to construct a second storey and completely renovate the remainder. Their Architect came up with exactly what we wanted and the work was first rate, we were consulted all the way through the job. Despite a few changes they brought the job home without variations and earlier than scheduled, bang on budget.
