I first came into contact with Coughlan Construction after the Canterbury Earthquakes, through the Earthquake Damage repair process.
Throughout that process I found Pat Coughlan (Managing Director) very easy to deal with. The work done was both timely and to a high standard.
Subsequently we decided to build a house.  I approached Pat and he patiently guided me through the whole process from design to landscaping. Once the house design was decided upon the whole build process was relatively easy from my perspective.  I was sent a construction schedule and the build followed that schedule.  The process from building commencement to code of compliance was six months.
