Covemade

From brief to build, the entire process of designing and constructing your new home is expertly managed.

We can collaborate with your chosen Architect or Draftsperson or you can use our in- house Architect Nicola Butler. We can also offer recommendations for designers to achieve your dream home.

As a small practice focused on residential developments of exceptional architectural quality, Cove carefully manages the number of projects we undertake at any given time. This ensures our practice leadership is actively involved at every stage—from providing expert guidance in the early design phases, to liaising with external consultants and being on site to ensure every aspect of your build is completed to our exacting standards. For us, accessibility, transparency and communication are key.

We are proud to have developed our construction business over the past 20 years on a foundation of repeat and referral business. Our open and honest approach to our work has allowed us to build strong, ongoing and mutually rewarding relationships with a range of clients across various industries and backgrounds.

We are here to offer you a personalised building service with vision and determination. This combined with our innovative solutions ensures the successful delivery of your project.

Your project will be delivered under the expert eye of our highly skilled project manager and a dedicated site supervisor.

With our integrated approach, you benefit from all of this experience the moment your project begins.

A highly experienced team. It’s more than simply the years—or rather, decades—of experience the Cove team brings to your project that matters; it’s equally the breadth of industry sectors our team has worked across individually, the complex designs they’ve successfully delivered, and the site challenges they’ve overcome. With our integrated approach, you benefit from all of this experience the moment your project begins.
