Our site managers were superb, nice and honest people, and work was performed very efficiently. They kept us informed by email about the work that was to be done in the coming week. We even had some work done on a few Saturdays and our build was completed a month ahead of time. The granny flat included everything and Cubitt’s give you real finished prices.
