We have met with some different builders who have provided us with cost estimates. Is there more from a builder we need before making our decision?

If your budget is not flexible then you and your prospective builder must collate more information to reflect the actual costs that may be incurred by your site, your construction materials and your finishes. From there you can move forward with confidence to preparing a contract. Be aware that any changes that occur after the contract has been signed are considered variations and will usually attract additional costs.
