Just wanted to say what an amazing result we have in the apartment common areas. The work is almost complete. There is an owner on the commercial floor who is refusing to have his doors painted, and one on middle floor is unoccupied at present so that may take a bit to round up access.

Each part of the scheme is splendid in its originality and its dramatic effect. The result is how the EC wished. I trust that time will allow all other owners to feel the same way. Thank you for liaising on site again and for your help through this project. It will be a joy if we can get the building in print.

I made my first visit today to the above after the painting and adjustments had been made to the lighting. I LOVED it. It's BOLD, it's FRESH, it has SOUL and it is OUT THERE….the building has come alive again.

We shall be meeting on May 4th with any disgruntled owners and hopefully by that time they will have gained an appreciation of the completed work.

After five years of successful trading, our cafe needed a refresh. working with someone like Nadine from DNA Design made the whole process a pleasant journey. Prior to attending Nadine’s workshop, if somebody had asked me what my taste or style was in relation to my space, I would not have been able to answer. I had no idea where to start, it all seemed too hard.

Leveraging the palette from our existing furniture and art work, Nadine partnered with us to help us make bolder colour decisions that evoke emotion and mood in each room. Following our first interview with Nadine through to moving in and furnishing our house, Nadine was a great help. Her advice or recommendations on design, layout, colour scheme and other aspects of our renovation were invaluable. We had several visits to tile, stone and lighting shops where Nadine was able to guide us through various products and create a potential relationship between the product and our house which made our decisions a lot easier. My wife and I are very happy with the appearance of our house both internally and externally to which Nadine had a massive contribution and we are forever grateful. Should we ever renovate, re-build or re-furbish in the future, Nadine will be the first person we call.

Nadine was absolutely delightful to work with on the internal and external colour selections of our home. We had a last minute change on our external selections and had sleepless nights to make final decisions on our colouors. Nadine was an absolute pleasure to work with on deciding the external colours of our apartment building in Darlinghurst. The owners corporation sought Nadine’s expertise in colour selection to decide what colour to repaint our building which contains 14 apartments. The building was built in the 1920’s and is located in a heritage conservation area which made this a unique process. Nadine has a very hands on approach, meeting myself and other owners on site several times and painted samples on the walls to ensure we were happy with the decision. Nadine also provided us with photo shop images of the proposed colour on our building which the owners found extremely useful and also assisted in the subsequent council application. It was not an easy process to have 14 owners all agree on a colour however Nadine was extremely patient and understanding throughout the process. The job is now complete and we are all extremely happy with the result and the colour choice. I would highly recommend Nadine’s services.

Nadine worked passionately at creating a new colour scheme for our building- Glo apartments. This was no easy feat, due to the complexity of the building and the fact that there are 91 apartments. Nadine worked diligently at ensuring all members were heard and committing herself to the process until the new and fantastic result was achieved. Working with a real hand’s on approach, ensuring samples were painted onto the building and owners could see the colours on the actual walls, in all lights of day.

The EC committee are extremely happy with the updated look and comment on how fresh and harmonious the building feels. The Strata management- Wellman Strata, are also extremely happy with the end result and have no hesitation in recommending DNADesign

I thought you might like to know. All works have been completed and all contractors ,did an excellent job. Our owners are very happy with the result although, personally, I would still have strongly preferred your more adventurous colour scheme. The beige scheme has helped our building look less obvious and we are glad to be rid of the previous ‘housing commission green’ colour scheme.

 Most importantly, the building looks SO much better.
