Dunst Bros deliver a quality product on time and are a pleasure to deal with

Just got the keys to the house we built. Kaitlyn and everyone on the team are amazing and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Good quality finishes, very competitive price with realistic inclusions budget. I am thrilled with everything aspect. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

We were first time home builders and we chose to do this through Dunst Bros! We can't recommend them enough on how easy they made this experience for us! The quality they produced was above and beyond all we expected! I don't hesitate on letting everyone know how great our experience was with Dunst Bros!

We built our house with the Dunst Bros in 2006. At that time there was a new residential estate being developed and we wanted a house that would compliment both the development and our lifestyle. We approached Dunst Bros for plans that they may have. They were happy to provide numerous plans for us to choose from and were most helpful in amending the plan to suit our requirements while they incorporated a few extra excellent ideas and innovations of their own. It was excellent that we could sit with Robert in his office (free of charge) and watch the changes proposed on the computer and adjust there and then on the spot what we needed to change: This together with a fixed price contract was the beginning of a hassle and stress-free building experience.

While the house was under construction we found that both Peter and Robert were always helpful and responded quickly to any of our queries and accommodated our many requests for on-site meetings. They were particularly mindful of the timelines for completion that we were working to and pulled out all stops to achieve the completion time and move in date.

Overall, we were very pleased and happy with the end product delivered by the Dunst Bros, very grateful for their professionalism and believe that not only did they do an excellent job but delivered excellent workmanship and value for money as well. Their advice and guidance during the construction of the house was very much appreciated and I wish them well in their future endeavors.

From the planning stages and throughout every progression of construction, we found you both very easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had promptly. Please extend our thanks to all the tradesmen that worked on our house throughout every stage. Everyone we spoke with was very helpful and they all did such a wonderful job. Thanks also for getting us in our house before Christmas like promised.

Just wanted to write and tell you guys how very happy we are with our new house and what a great experience you guys have made it for our family. From the minute we met with Bob to work out a price,we could not believe the standard inclusions, the things that were included in our fixed price contract were extras with most other builders. It was great that Bob could change the plan to suit our needs, it saved us a lot of time and money. Our plans were in and out of council before we knew it. There have been no hidden charges, the price Bob gave us on that day is the price that we paid at the end. We cannot thank you enough for getting our house completed on time,we had a deadline and you guys achieved that down to the day we requested.

Just thought I'd drop a line to let you know how pleased we are with the house. The detached pavilion was a stroke of genius on your part and we are so pleased with how it ended up... Thank you once again for a job well done and I hope you have had as many compliments on the house as we have.

We had a pretty tricky block to work on, but Dunst Bros came up with a great plan and have made everything very easy for us. It has all gone smoothly and they've done a great job.

We have taken ownership in the last 2 weeks of our new investment house built by Dunst Bros we are more then impressed with the result. We will definitely be second time customers in the future. A massive big thank you to all involved a very professional experience.
