• Engaging subcontractors (No margins are charged)
• Scheduling of works
• Ensuring compliance with Resource and Building consents
• Applying for and obtaining CoC and 223/224c (in conjunction with planner)
• Quality control checks, confirming details are in accordance with plans and to good trade standards.
• Receiving and approval of invoices
• Payment of invoices

Full Build Contract - Fixed Price.

If you have your building consent (or are about to submit it to the council) we are happy to provide you with a full fixed price build contract. We can price everything from demolition works of existing structures right through to hanging the curtains and planting out the gardens.

Cost Management.

Services include:

• Due Diligence and Feasibility Studies
• Elemental cost plans and construction estimates
• Preparing tender and documentation, evaluating tenders from main contractors
• Value Management
• Measurement and valuation of all variations
• Certification of monthly progress claims and final account

We started working together 6 years ago quickly becoming a tight knit team which successfully delivered a range of projects across the Wellington region. With our latest venture, dwell, we combine our wide ranging skill set into a unique offering for anyone with a multi unit residential project. We work on each project as a team with each member having a particular area of focus.

George, having been a builder and site foreman for over 15 years in Auckland and London, he organises and oversees the physical construction of our projects onsite. Coordinating suppliers, subcontractors, consultants and councils George maintains our projects timelines and ensures our high quality standards are maintained.

With a keen eye for detail and experience across a range of industries, Rachel is our in house designer. Working with our clients and architects Rachel scours the market to source the latest interior fitout items and collates them into a cohesive package unique to each project. Rachel then manages the onsite fitout ensuring that the design details are not lost in translation & everything looks perfect come move in day.

Having worked in senior roles in the Wellington construction industry for the last 10 years Andrew overseas the project financials from initial feasibility and funding through to procurement and construction. Alongside the financial element Andrew also looks after the compliance side of the projects working with consultants to obtain and comply with building, resource and subdivision consents.
