We are an Australian-owned and operated business that designs and builds custom kitchens and bathrooms across Sydney. With a dedicated in-house design and building team, Enhance Design & Build can cater for any design brief no matter how big or small.

As we are a design and building company with over 25 year’s experience in the building industry, we can assist with both straightforward and complex design briefs and have the immediate ability to re-structure your home including moving structural and non-structural walls, relocating windows and door openings as required to ensure you achieve the design and space you desire – a start to finish solution from concept to completion – a complete renovation package.

Using a team of fully qualified and excelled carpenters along with highly skilled trades we can execute your perfect kitchen and bathroom to the highest of standards. Having both a design and building team we can answer all your design and construction enquiries in one. Our builder team and design team work with each other and are therefore able to offer a complete renovation service taking the stress out of organising separate builder kitchen and bathroom companies to facilitate your dream kitchen and bathroom.

Below is the outline of the process starting from consultation to handing over your envisioned project.

CONSULTATION
An obligation-free phone or face-to-face consultation to gauge your requirements in terms of space usage, time frame, budget and desired design.

DESIGN & COSTING
Once we understand your requirements, we can provide you with bracket pricing as a starting point for your budget planning in terms of designing and building your project. You will interact with a specialised consultant who can guide you through various innovative approaches to designing your project including the latest trends and workable options. To keep costs down, payments for fixtures and fittings are made directly from the customer to the supplier. Our fee for service is a fixed price only

SELECTION & FINAL DESIGN
Having signed the agreement we will arrange a detailed meeting with a designer to present you with a creative and professional design that suits your requirements and budget. This would include a preliminary design model that will demonstrate space layout, possible finishes, colour themes etc. You will guide our planners regarding changes to the layout and material selections. Once the design is final, our team will guide you through the composite cost of constructing the project.

BUILD & COMPLETE
Once the design is finalised and all materials have been selected construction will then begin. Your dedicated Project Manager will oversee the entire build and construction of your Kitchen and/or Bathroom ensuring that you are kept up to date throughout the process. Inspections will be completed throughout construction and at the completion of each trade work. Once construction is completed our team will complete a final thorough inspection to ensure that all quality standards have been achieved before handover for you to enjoy your new space.

• PROJECT MANAGER
  We appoint a dedicated Project Manager to supervise the workflow, who would ensure that required quality standards are achieved and the project progresses as per the stipulated time frame.
• SUB-CONTRACTORS
  We ensure that our team of subcontractors, especially carpenters, plumbers, tilers, waterproofers and electricians have the desired experience in their respective areas and are fully competent to handle the project.
• INSPECTIONS
  Inspections will be completed throughout the duration of the renovation when each trade has completed its works. Once construction is finished, our team will complete a final thorough inspection of your renovation to ensure that everything is as per standards set and you can relate to what was finalised during the design meeting.

All the joinery used in our Sydney Kitchens and Bathrooms renovations is manufactured here locally and also adjusted to Sydney’s climatic conditions. We support our local industry and homegrown talent.

REGISTERED BUILDER
We are a registered, fully licensed and insured building company employing quality tradesmen and carpenters. You can rest assured your renovations are in safe hands. Your peace of mind comes with knowing your Kitchens and Bathrooms comply with Australian Standards and Building Codes.

SHOWROOM DISPLAY
We offer a 2-storey Sydney showroom available for public viewing that has been uniquely designed by our design team and constructed by our build team. The best way to experience our level of finish and quality is to visit our showroom. We can show you various layouts, finishes, fixtures and the latest in appliances, electrical and cabinetry design solution technology.

FULLY MANAGED PROJECT
Our design and building teams work in close harmony together to ensure a smooth and consistent renovation. Having both teams in-house ensures clear communication at all times ensuring an on-time completed project. Using our unique communication user interface App, you too are in constant consultation throughout the entire project.

In addition to designing your kitchen and bathroom, we can assist in ordering and sourcing appliances, fixtures and fittings on your behalf and organising all external trades so that you don’t have to worry about a thing, we take care of it all for you.

Can you do bigger renovations?
We certainly can. Our builders and carpenters have over 25 years of experience in the industry in both first-floor additions, renovations and new builds.

We can help with renovations directly linked to your kitchen and bathroom such as moving interior walls, realigning roof structures or adding additional support beams for widening window and door frames (perfect for that indoor/outdoor living), new flooring and any spatial floor layout changes that need to take place to enhance your living arrangements around your kitchen ad bathroom design.

Just ask us at your initial consultation and we can come to your home for a secondary consultation to discuss in more detail. We are not just a typical flat pack kitchen and bathroom company; we offer and specialize in custom design and build around these major living spaces around your ideal home.

What should I do before I engage in your service?
Generally, it is great practice for clients to have had a think about what they would like in their new kitchen and bathroom. Have a think about your current space; What works? What doesn’t work? What would you like to improve? It is handy to have an idea before coming in for your first consultation as to what your dream kitchen and bathroom would be. Even down to appliances like, Do I want a single or double door fridge? Do I need a gas stove or induction? I don’t like white goods on show, I like them hidden or I’d love to have a coffee machine!

Don’t stress though if you are not sure, we are here to ask all those little details that make up your final design. We can prompt you in the right direction to ensure we gauge an accurate idea of your dream kitchen and bathroom in our consultations.

How long does the renovation take to complete?
Each project is unique and may or may not require a longer completion time due to the scope of works.

For example, a strip out kitchen and new install in the same location can be done within a three week time period. But, a new floor layout, structural changes to the door, external door frames and windows can extend the timeframe.

When we discuss the scope of works with you at eh initial phase, we will surely outline the projected timeline to you so that you can accommodate this in your decision before signing the contract.

Every build is unique as we are a custom build company, but by using our process we aim to deliver promptly and on schedule every time.

To ensure a smooth renovation, without delays, works are best not to start until we have all of your materials on hand.

Will I be able to use the kitchen/bathroom while it is being renovated?
The kitchen and bathroom will be out of action for the duration of the renovation process.

Will a temporary bathroom be supplied?
If we are renovating the only bathroom in the home we can arrange for a hire bathroom to be delivered to the site for an additional fee.

Do I need to be home while the renovation is taking place?
No, you don’t need to be home but we will need to arrange access so work can take place.

Do you have a showroom?
We offer a shared 2 storey Kitchen showroom available for public viewing in our Jamisontown location. We can walk you through various layouts, finishes, fixtures and the latest appliances.
We work with many trusted Bathroom brands in various locations including Reece, Beaumont Tiles and Austile Ceramics, and have established agreements for you to pop into your local showroom. We can arrange a specific appointment or please feel free to attend during their business hours.
