Erilyan is a commercial construction business established by Karl Mayoh, Tim Curtin and Jon Lewis bringing together a combined 66 years of experience in the commercial construction sector.

We are licensed in QLD, ACT, VIC, SA, NSW and TAS, with offices in Melbourne and Sydney.

Erilyan complete work in the $1M - $150 million range. Erilyan has been rewarded with an extensive portfolio of completed projects. With direct management of projects totalling $600 million, Erilyan has a proven track record in successful project delivery and the ability to support clients achieve their corporate objectives.

Our skill set is working for educated clients on technically challenging projects. We differentiate ourselves from the market with our realistic approach to budgets, programmes and through our transparent approach.
