About us
Building healthier homes with less impact on our environment Fairfield Construction is a family owned and operated building company based in sunny Blenheim, Marlborough.
Specialised in energy-efficient and passive houses, we have been building and renovating homes for over 30 years.
Our aim is to build beautiful homes, that are warmer and healthier, and which people will still love in a hundred years.
By using high-performance and environmentally friendly building products, and minimising our waste on-site, we can create homes that are better for our clients and the environment.
Check out our website to find out more about us. We look forward to hearing from you.
Sustainability
Our aim is to reduce the impact building has on the environment by using eco-friendly products and recycle waste as much as we can.
By using sustainable products we can build better and warmer houses and reduce our carbon footprint at the same time.
We have recently added new wheelie bins to our yard to help us recycle waste collected on all our building sites. Approximately 40% of all building material can be recycled including roofing metal, cardboard boxes, plastic wrapping, glass etc.
It has always been important to us to look beyond building amazing house and we made it now our mission to reduce the amount of building waste ending up on our landfill and recycle as much as we can.
