Fitout Solutions has been formed to create seamless construction from acquisitions to opening your new space.
Our experienced project managers deliver on simple principles of clear communication and providing our customers with a hands-on personable touch.
Our project managers have a wide range of experience both in New Zealand, and overseas, including Australia and the United Kingdom, which has exposed them to areas within the industry that are unique and challenging. Between our experienced project managers, they have project managed over 500 fitouts developing strong knowledge in all elements required to deliver your project.

Acquisition Support
- Site survey of the proposed space including existing utilities and layout.
- Lim report review and existing building consent applications against the tenancy.
- Change of use.
- Advise on free rent period and contributions.
Designer Appointment or Design and Build Contracts
- Helping find the right designer for the proposed fit out.
- Reviewing fee proposals.
- Provide support on establishing who will lodge building consent.
- Define scope of works between all relevant and concerned parties to confirm the project pathway moving forward.
Preliminary Design
- Reviewing design elements with the designer and client to provide advice on detail and junctions.
- Provide advice on important information required for consent lodgement.
- Discuss consultant options and which consultants would be applicable to the project.
Cost Budget
- Review preliminary design and put high level cost budget together to better understand if the design is meeting budget requirements.
- Provide Product substitutions if budget is looking compromised.
- Provide PC sums for consultants and building consent.
- Value engineering options.
Consent Lodgement
- Review architectural drawing set to ensure consent requirements have been met.
- Ensure all consultant reports and specifications required for lodgement are complete.
