My family are lucky enough to have engaged Galleria Pietra for the kitchen island benchtop . George is so reliable, efficient, hands on and very details in his work. A personality that hard to find and very much needed, especially for me who are residing in Malaysia and unable to travel to Sydney due to Covid19, plus I have no contact at all to start with. My 2 teenage boys whom I can only rely have no experience too. But George made everything so easy and stress free. Though we are only able to communicate through emails and Whatsapp but he is quick to understand our concerned and catered to our need. He even helped to mend our problem that caused by a bad IKEA installer who messed up the IKEA cabinets so badly that my 2 teenage boys who are left to handle could not have done it without George's advise and help. George had also sacrificed additional trip for re-measurement to make sure things are in proper. The beautiful benchtop was finally completed installed just in a week time, we are so impressed with the efficiency and the speed. His installation team is so professional from start to end. Thank you once more to Galleria Pietra's team for making things possible even when we are afar and though our job is small but it never lose your attention.
