From our first meeting on site, to final plans being presented to Council for Building Consent, Dan from Generate Architecture, handled the whole process with professional enthusiasm. Our brief was executed into a layout with inspirational design features. Minor changes we asked for, after initial concept, were no problem to Dan and he found ideal solutions. We had the pleasure of working with Dan and Generate Architecture during 2019-20 as we designed a new home in Canterbury. Very easy to work with. Creative, practical, thoughtful and so considerate of the things we wanted to achieve. There was always time to listen to our ideas and random requirements, suggest improvements, and discuss options to both add value and reduce costs. The detailing and accuracy of the construction drawings was better than anything we’ve worked with before and Dan’s commitment to meeting agreed timeframes made planning easy.
