Gleeson Builders

“Cary Gleeson and Gleeson Builders recently completed an extension to our house that added more than 100 m2, including bedrooms, an ensuite, laundry room and internal garage. Cary and his team did a fantastic job and we are so appreciative of what they did and how they did it. Cary's most valuable attributes are his honesty and integrity. From the very first interview we felt that we could trust him and that proved to be true. He was always honest, paid his sub-contractors and kept our budget and conditions foremost in his project management. These attributes can be very difficult to find in the industry and we are so glad to have found him. Cary's team of builders is great, as they are extremely skilled, professional and conscientious. Cam and Sai are particularly experienced and perform their work to a very high quality level and quickly. We know that our extension will last for decades without issues, The other skill to call out is the accuracy of Cary's cost estimates. He took over our extension mid-work and his estimate of the final cost came in within a few percent of the final, actual cost, which speaks to his vast experience, thoroughness and honesty. He tells you the truth, not what you may want to hear. They are often booked out for months and months but in our experience, it's better to wait and have it done properly rather than try to get it done quickly by someone else and then have headaches. They are worth the wait. I recommend Gleeson Builders unreservedly and will use them again for any building projects we have.”
