Clear Communication Channels

Here at GSB we pride ourselves on always maintaining clear and open communication channels with our client, whether it’s progress updates through our co-construct client portal, personal emails or just an old fashioned phone call we are here to help.

30+ Years Experience

Combined, the GSB team has over 30 years of experience in the industry and like you, we are renovators, extenders and home builders. We know what the process looks like from both sides and know how to make your finished result the best it can be!

Our Team

We take a lot of pride in our team here at GSB. With 8 full time employed team members, we know who will be working on your project at all times and can ensure there is plenty of knowledge and experience leading the team.

New Builds

One of our favourite projects to undertake! From beginning to end, we love being involved in the process of building a brand-new home!

At Grant Stewart Building (GSB), we understand that a new build can be both an exciting and nerve-wracking time for our customers. That is why we endeavour to keep the lines of communication open at all times so that our customers can feel that they are an integral part of the project from beginning to end.

Our web-based project management software, Co-Construct, allows our customers to monitor their build online from all aspects; including up-to-date progress photos and budget-tracking, etc.

With excellent attention to detail and a highly-qualified team of builders, we will work in partnership with you to create the home you desire!

Renovations

An exciting challenge; we love working with customers and their pre-existing space to maximise its potential!

Renovations and alterations provide an exciting opportunity for the Grant Stewart Building (GSB) team to work with their customers to maximise the potential of a pre-existing space, whilst introducing new and innovative ideas.

We are no strangers to renovations here at GSB, having completed a number of renowned projects throughout the Waikato. As with our new-builds, our customers can play a major part in their renovation by keeping involved with progress via our Co-Construct web-based project management software.

Whether it be to re-vamp your family home or increase the value of an investment property, we look forward to re-vitalising your space!

Extensions

Maximising space? Allowing your home to grow with you? Or pushing an investment property to its maximum worth? Either way, we would love to help you make these realisations come true!

Extensions to a property can completely alter the look and feel of your home. At Grant Stewart Building (GSB) we will work with you to make sure we maintain the style you want for your property or help you to make improvements and changes along the way. You will remain heavily involved in your project, with access to our web-based project management software Co-Construct, so that you can monitor progress on your property, and track budgets etc. Everything we do at GSB is done in partnership with our clients. Our priority is to provide top-quality service, whilst ensuring the end result meets all of your needs.
