With almost 30 years of experience in the building industry, Glenn has learnt the building trade from the ground up. He rose through the ranks from Apprentice Carpenter to become Construction Manager on multiple high-end projects, here in Australia and in the UK.

Prior to establishing GSTRUCT GROUP in 2013, Glenn was at VCON for 15 years. VCON is renowned for delivering a remarkable portfolio of architectural projects throughout Melbourne and Glenn was privileged to oversee some hugely successful projects, such as the award-winning Jackalope Hotel on the Mornington peninsula.

Glenn has enjoyed collaborating with highly esteemed architects over the years. The strength of these relationships is a testament to Glenn’s ability to gain the high level of trust required with all Architects and Clients for bespoke high-end builds.

GSTRUCT GROUP are specialists in building luxury homes on the Mornington Peninsula. We have worked hard to earn our reputation for building the ultimate in high-end, custom-built homes. Here’s how we ensure a quality result every time.

Step 1. Enquiry → As soon as we hear from you, we’ll send you a questionnaire that will help us to get a better understanding of your project.

Step 2. Consultation → Glenn will meet with you and any vested parties, for example, your Architect, on-site or at your home or office. We’ll discuss the project and look over the plans to determine your requirements and get a clear idea of what you want from your new home. There is no fee for this consultation.

Step 3. Costing / Tender → With Glenn’s vast experience, he knows what questions to ask and what to look for on the plans in order to deliver an accurate quote. We’ll provide you with a detailed cost estimate based on the approved preliminary design and specifications.

Step 4. Contract → When the estimate has been approved, we’ll co-sign the building contract and commence preparation of all documentation required, e.g. for development.

Step 5. Construction → The exciting bit! GSTRUCT GROUP will commence construction and work with you to create your dream home.

Step 6. Handover → We will give you 2 – 3 weeks’ notice for a full inspection prior to handover. And we make sure the house is handed over to you in perfect condition.

As Master Builders, GSTRUCT GROUP offers a 7-year warranty. Although we build to such a high standard, we’re confident you won’t need it.
