Halcyon Homes is a family run property development and construction business built on a vision to create quality houses and assets for Kiwis.

We are an Auckland-based company run by a father and son operations team who handle the day to day construction and project overseeing. Walk on to any of our sites and you are more than likely going to see one, if not both of us with tools or plans in our hands. We are onsite managing every step of the process to ensure we can deliver the quality and care we promise to our clients. NZ registered master builders and an LBP Builder - we stand by each and every one of the homes we build.

“I would like to say a huge thanks to yourself and the team for the amazing work on our house. We have always felt that we were in good hands and your exceptional communication skills pretty much kept us in the loop. The house built has met and exceeded our expectations. The quality of work and attention to detail is clear to see. I can definitely recommend Calvin to anyone who is looking to buy off the plan and I am confident they will have the same experience as us. Thanks again Calvin.”
