One of the things that I really appreciated was access to a website that provided all the information related to the rebuild including photo’s, variations, costs etc and progress. The team have been fantastic; easy to communicate with and willing to provide information, and solutions where needed. I have to admit that going into this project I was very anxious, simply because I was on my own and had never been part of build before. However, there was really no need to worry, Hallmark were in control and keeping me informed allowed me to rest easy. When we were looking to build our first house together, we decided that we wanted to build with a company that was a cut above the rest. A company that would build us something special, that stands out from the crowd. When visiting the show homes at Faringdon, Rolleston, we found very quickly that the Hallmark show home stood clearly above all the others we looked at. After having a great discussion about plans and options with Mark, we decided to sign up. The design phase was fantastic with some outstanding ideas from Mark. We never felt pressured into going “bigger and better” just for the sake of it. When the build commenced, we were kept thoroughly updated by the Project Manager Debbie and also the Site Manager Chris. There were minimal problems and any that did crop up were dealt with in an extremely prompt and timely manner. The speed of the build was outstanding, and never at the expense of quality. Ultimately, we got our dream house finished to a very high standard, to budget and early! We couldn’t be happier. Marie and I would highly recommend Hallmark Homes to anyone looking for something special and we will definitely be building with them again in the future.

Hayley, you as Hallmark Homes have been absolutely brilliant to deal with. Really upfront with what is or isn’t possible, alternative options, communication, but the pricing from the get go has been transparent and visible and broken down (even if was only indicative). It was a lot more transparent than any other building companies from the onset that we had approached. Other companies when asked could not even verbally answer how we were tracking cost wise. We are really looking forward to allowing you to build our new home.
