Indoor maintenance

• Our indoor maintenance schedule consists of regular servicing visits and seasonal feeding where needed. Our trained service techs use soil moisture readers to ensure indoor plants get the perfect amount of water every time.

Outdoor maintenance

• We tailor our outdoor maintenance schedules to the plant environments, undertaking spring feeding and trimming and increasing our servicing during summer.
• Our outdoor plantscapes are designed to combine greater water retention for when things get too dry, and drainage for when they get too wet.

Specialised indoor staging

• We use our own specifically designed staging for indoor pots that ensure all containers are fully lined, plants have plenty of water capacity through our ‘sub irrigation’ method, and that floors and carpet are protected from leaks, condensation and scratches.

Plant swaps

• Plant swaps are a crucial component of on-going plantscape quality. Over time, plants can outgrow their pots and become stressed.
• Managing exchanges ensures plants are replaced in a timely way and the visual appeal of healthy plants is maintained.

How much does it cost to hire plants for my office?

You may be surprised at how cost effective our hire & maintenance service can be. Small tabletop plants in pots start from $1.7 + GST (per week). Our floor-standing plants in pots start from $4.5 + GST (per week). Pricing depends on types of plants and containers used. We have creative solutions for all kinds of budgets.

Why is it better to use your 'Long term hire' service, instead of just buying the plants myself?

For 40+ years, our hire & maintenance service has been proven as the best solution for our clients. With this service, we include a complimentary site visit & design, free delivery/installation, and plant exchanges when needed. On top of this, we offer a simple 12-month initial term contract which we know to be more flexible than some of our competitors. We know from experience that client owned & maintained plants generally die within 6 months.

We have our own office plants, can Hire Plants maintain them for us?

Absolutely. We offer long-term maintenance only agreements for client owned plants, which our sales reps can discuss during their site visit to fit in with a hire proposal. Plants do die from time to time, and plant replacements aren't included the maintenance only service.
