Hoad Building Co.

As proud Peninsula locals themselves, brothers Ryan and Troy, offer an extensive knowledge and understanding of the local area and its unique requirements. With over 30 years of combined industry experience, our philosophy is a simple one - to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients, together working toward a shared vision to create their perfect, custom home.

Committed to delivering expert craftsmanship and innovative concepts, we pride ourselves on superb attention to detail in every element of our build process. Complimenting each other's strengths and weaknesses, Ryan and Troy work seamlessly together overseeing every step of the build journey. We work with a team of local, trade professionals, proudly aligning themselves with our core values and delivering excellence in their fields.

We understand and acknowledge that building can be just as daunting as it is exciting. From design concept to framework through to the interior and exterior, we carefully guide our clients through every step of their entire build process, developing informative and trusted relationships. Every client's design brief, family dynamic, lifestyle and aesthetic preference is unique - it’s why we love what we do, and why we don't just build houses. We build homes.
