The team at Home Factor are such a pleasure to work with! They made the entire process of owning a holiday home in the beautiful resort town of Wanaka hassle-free. Words would fall short if I were to describe the nitty-gritty details of the design, each room either has a lake or mountain view, bathrooms are visually stunning and the indoor garden along the corridor just lifts my mood. 

I have known Home Factor Limited for a number of years here in Wanaka and have had the privilege of representing them in the selling their homes. It’s really refreshing to stand behind their innovated design and builds because they really care about improving people’s living standards in this new area of time. 

We saw an advertisement from Home Factor for their new build at 58 Forest Heights Wanaka and were really impressed with the style of the architecture. A few days later we were approached by our Real Estate agent who had an enquiry from a developer who wished to purchase our existing house in Wellington.

Having recently also sold our Wanaka house we thought that we would contact Home Factor and see if they would be interested in building a new home for us to our exact specification and budget but similar to the great Architectural style of the home they had just completed. 

we were able to work with Rohit and Priyanka to design a home that suits our needs and it is now well on the way to completion. Throughout the design and build process we have been fully involved and with Home Factors guidance we are sure we will end up with a great home that incorporates everything that we wished for.
