About us
Welcome to Hue and Space.
I'm Jan Lynch and I design interiors that feel as good as they look. Based in Melbourne, I create personalised, layered and colour-rich spaces that reflect the way my clients actually live. From thoughtful floor-plan layouts to custom joinery, curated palettes and finishing touches, every detail is considered to balance beauty, comfort and function.
Our studio works on residential and boutique commercial projects — transforming everything from single rooms to full homes into spaces that feel cohesive, inviting and distinctly yours.
Whether you’re starting with a blank canvas or ready to refresh an existing space, Hue and Space helps you make confident design decisions and bring your vision to life.
Design that defines — interiors that tell your story.

Our Work
Every space in our gallery tells a unique story, as each one was designed for a distinct client. We don’t follow trends or stick to a signature “look.” Instead, we collaborate with people who are bold, open-minded, and unafraid of colour. Whether it's a vibrant living room, a serene bedroom, or a statement hallway, what ties our work together is not a style—it’s a spirit of trust, individuality, and creative freedom. Explore the gallery to see how we bring our clients’ personalities to life, one space at a time.
