• Qualifications. We guarantee that a qualified and experienced builder will oversee every stage of your project. Furthermore, all sub-contractors used by I Build Solutions will be licensed / certified in their trades.
• Accuracy. To ensure accuracy and build quality we guarantee that every step of your project will be checked off with I Build Solutions’ own comprehensive checklists. In the unlikely event of something being missed we will remedy this as soon as it becomes apparent.

4. Materials Guarantee

We guarantee your home will be constructed using only quality materials. In the unlikely event that a product or materials are damaged during delivery or not up to standard we will organise replacement.

5. Your Space Guarantee

• WE WILL MAKE SURE IT’S TIDY
• Your home is important to us and it is our guarantee to provide a clean working environment safe for all those involved, and to leave your home clean and tidy.
• Should you feel your space is not being respected adequately we will take immediate action to remedy to your satisfaction

6. Post Completion Care Guarantee

• So you can be assured of the long-term quality, we guarantee two post completion checks on your property – one at three months and one at six months.
• Should any workmanship defects be discovered we guarantee to fix these at our expense.

1. Design phase

We would love to help your make your renovation dreams a reality! Our clients are our biggest priority and we know one of the most stressful parts of a renovation is deciding on the specific design components.

It is often helpful for all parties (clients, builders and architects) if we as builders come into the design phase at the beginning. Then, we can offer advice from a building perspective and we can give you price indications from the beginning and try to keep the design within your budget.

We guide you through this part of your project and we can put you in contact with some great architects or draftspeople to compile drawings for you.

If your renovation doesn’t need drawings and building consent, we can offer our expertise in designing from our many years of building.

Some of our clients already have plans drawn or have started conversations with a particular architect or draftsperson – that’s completely fine! We are more than happy to work with your chosen firm.

2. Project management

We can take care of your renovation project from start to finish. We know the building industry and we have been doing renovations for many years, so why not leave it to the experts?

Some people think they can save money by being their own project managers, but we find that it can end up being more expensive because things take longer to get done.

We have a large network of sub-trades and suppliers that we know and trust, and we are highly motivated to get your renovation done on time and to budget.

Using a Building Company

A licensed builder is able to manage all aspects of a build or renovation, from council permits and sub-contractors to compliance codes and all the legal requirements in between. Restricted building work covers structural or weather-tight work and can only be undertaken by a licensed builder.
