We will set up a meeting to discuss the project and project budget. During the meeting, we will also cover the client’s vision, requirements, expectations & desired start dates.

2. Feasibility/Design

This is where our team will undertake a detailed assessment of your plans and documentation so we can confirm budgets & costings, potential site or project restraints before delving further into the project.

If you don’t have a design or a full documentation set we can connect you with either one of our preferred consultants, we will stick by your side to ensure that the vision remains the same.

3. Detailed Estimate

This is where our team will break down the project & scope of work so we can provide an accurate costing for our clients. We pride ourselves on the clarity and transparency we provide in our proposals ensuring our trust between the client and the builder.

Our main objective is to get the project out of the ground so we are committed to working alongside the clients to bring the project to life.

4. Contracts

Using contracts that protect the interests of all parties involved whilst still ensuring that transparency and clarity are at the forefront of this process.

Our team focus on making sure all the project documentation is to ensure everyone is on the same page. Once contracts are signed, start dates and confirmed.

5. Construction

The most exciting phase – the build of your dream home. We work closely with you, keeping you updated on the progress and status of the construction. Regular site visits are a must, ensuring that the process is as enjoyable as possible.
