PHASE 1 | CONCEPT DESIGN

Drop us a line about your project. Let chat about your vision and goals.

We will meet you at your home and walk through your space with you.

Following this, you will receive a Concept Brief outlining the scope of the project and priority items based on our discussion.

PHASE 2 | DEVELOPED DESIGN & BUILDING CONSENT

Once you are happy with your Concept Design we will proceed into a Detailed Design and Building Consent Brief.

This phase is less exciting for our clients as we prepare and lodge the required documentation to gain a building consent for your project.

PHASE 3 | BUILD

If you are happy to proceed with our team you will receive a Building Contract. 

We will chat finances, start dates and schedules to make your project a success.

 

DESIGN

Your vision for a smaller, bigger, smarter or simply newer home or living space can often be hard to explain to other people.

We're great at listening and have a wealth of experience turning that vision into polished and functional designs.

Design is a small, but critical step on your journey to a new home and well worth the effort at the start. 

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Managing a project can be stressful, not to mention it usually coincides with other big things in your life.

Each building project has many moving parts, from working with the local council, builders, electricians, plumbers and painters through to organizing deliveries and brokering deals with suppliers.

We manage the machine so you can enjoy the fun parts — picking out the finishing materials and furniture, and watching your project come to life.

BUILDING

We have a highly competent and reliable team of builders who are backed by the New Zealand Government's Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP) Scheme.

When we start your project, you become a part of our team. Our builders are friendly, open and willing to have a chat.

We get to know you, and what you need in your home. This is how we know we are delivering a home you can be proud of.

JOINERY

The design and build process is more than just the framing. We work with you to find the best material selections and interior finishes to suit your lifestyle.

Our cabinet makers are highly skilled craftsman with an eye for detail. We'll work with you to create interior spaces that function well, and look beautiful.

INTERIORS

Our team will also facilitate the selections of soft furnishings. Custom upholstery, art, light fittings, curtains and furniture are all well within our wheel-house and we enjoy being able to stich the interior together with you.
