We facilitate fit-out and refurbishment works of all scale and sizes (in accordance with provided plans and tenders).
Our aim is to create a stress-free experience for them by liaising with the complex stakeholders directly, resulting in you (the client) is free to focus on the excitement of your fit-out.
We offer complete construction management and we value engineer every project to ensure the best value is being delivered to our clients.

Early Contractor Involvement
Sometimes, plans aren’t set in stone.
If clients are ready to revitalise their space but aren’t certain of its most valuable potential we are able to engage Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) to undergo the hard yards, compiling vast amounts of reports and plans, freeing up the clients time.
The resulting information along with advice from our knowledgeable team completely mitigates decision-making risk.

Design & Construct
Innovatus Projects offer a Design and Construct service model to streamline the process of bringing a concept into reality.
We have curated a panel of the industry’s finest designers that we consider a part of our team. The luxury of engaging their services on a per project basis means the perfect match of designer and client project can be achieved.

Part of our quality assurance service we provide an above industry standard 18 months Defect Liability Period. We stand behind our quality of work.

Innovatus Projects is fully insured for the safety, protection and peace of mind of all workers and clients involved in the company and will happily provide these certificates upon commencement of works.
