I.T Building is a full-service Building Construction Company based in the Mackenzie Country, with a specialty knowledge and skillset in architectural new builds and bespoke finishing’s making them the ideal building company for you.

Our Mission: Creating luxury homes that are comfortable, memorable and inspiring.

A company built on strong foundations, founded in 1985 by Ian Trainor (Ian Trainor Builder Ltd) and taken over by stepson Andrew Oughton & his wife Amy Oughton they re-branded to IT Building in 2021 to keep Ian's legacy and family at the heart of the company.

IT Building has a strong building history and reputation to produce high quality craftsmanship across the Mackenzie District.
