Cable Bay house as a project was 12 years in the planning so securing the right builder was important to us.
After recommendation, we met Jason and were impressed with his professionalism and enthusiasm for our project. We collaboratively reviewed the build and together we came up with great value engineering solutions to ensure the build was on budget and that we enhanced the view and feel we wanted to achieve in this home.
During the build process, Jason communicated excellently with us and held very high standards of his staff and the subcontractors onsite in terms of quality, cost and time management. This build incorporated multiple and varying angles, pitches and floor levels all on an elevated site, a project most builders would not comprehend; however with Jason and his team, they made this build very enjoyable process and something we felt part of which was important to us.

The complete refurbishment of our large character home was a substantial project involving many subcontractors.  The combination of Jason's project management skills, coupled with Phill Krammer's interior design talent took a lot of stress out of the entire process for us.  Jason and Phill are a great team who are not only exceptionally skilled but also honest, hardworking really good sorts.  Nothing was ever a problem; slight amendments to design were integrated with ease and even suggested by Jason and Phill along the way.  Jason is calm in even the most stressful situations and has a talented team of subcontractors who you know you can trust to do a good job.  We cannot recommend Jason Gardiner and Phill Krammer from PK Design highly enough

Jason Gardiner and his team have been involved in the renovation of both our en suite and family bathrooms.
Jason was successfully able to co-ordinate a number of skilled and experienced tradespeople to ensure that all work was completed within the available time frame. He has high expectations of his staff and personally ensures that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard. We were particularly impressed with the excellent communication evident throughout the renovations, as well as Jason’s positive suggestions and efficient problem-solving.
It was no easy task to juggle the overlapping requirements of all the tradies involved. It was pleasing to see their willing co-operation to ensure that the next stage could proceed without hold-ups.
Jason’s workers maintained a very tidy and safe worksite and were always pleasant, helpful and considerate of others (including the owners!!) We thoroughly commend the high quality of workmanship achieved in these renovations.
