Founded and led by Director Samuel Johnson, our company consists of a team of highly skilled project managers, qualified builders, apprentice builders and administration personnel. We specialise in new premium quality homes as well as smaller apartment and townhouse complexes in the Nelson Tasman region.

Our team is specialised in all areas of residential construction and we place a strong focus on team culture to ensure that everyone is working together towards the common end goal of creating and delivering a product that you will be proud to call home.

We provide a personalised service to tailor and design your home specifically to your needs. We understand both the risks and rewards associated with building and focus solely on providing you with exceptional service and a high quality finish. Our company culture is such that we put our client first and give you the opportunity to communicate directly with our Company Director and Site Manager at any time to address any concerns and help guide you in the right direction.

We offer a complete design and build package which includes assisting you in selecting the ideal section to your needs, designing and drafting up your house plans as well as providing a detailed estimated final build cost. We also have the option of providing you with a fully landscaped product.
