KA DesignWorks

With 20+ years of experience in the AEC industry, Ken has an extensive background in residential, hospitality, and commercial design. With dozens of new homes and remodel projects running the entire spectrum of scope and budget, we have a wealth of experience in guiding the client through the design, permitting, and construction process. Successful client relationships have been our foundation, with a majority of work resulting from word of mouth referrals and repeat customers. We relish the opportunity to be your “architect for life”…

As architects and interior designers in general, we pride ourselves in our ability to successfully manage a project team. We are highly regarded by all the of the General Contractors we have worked with, and are often the firm that many of these companies would recommend first, as well the architect hired to design their own homes.

Our firm realizes maximum efficiency with the use of the latest Architectural BIM software. For all projects, a highly detailed and coordinated 3D model is built using Graphisoft’s ArchiCAD BIM software. The combination of our superior design aesthetic with this technology results in an unparalleled ability to convey concepts to our clients. Having them fully understand the end result long before construction begins has been integral to our continued success.

Ultimately, we judge the overall health of our company by the satisfaction level of these clients, and we are happy to report that business is good.
