3. Planning: We deal with the Council for any consents required, while you concentrate on injecting your personality and lifestyle requirements into the design.
4. Action: Once the designs are finalised we'll get to work managing all the moving parts of the project. We'll make sure things are as simple as possible while keeping you in the loop at all times.
5. Completion: We hand you the keys to your beautiful new home!

Kanda Homes specialise in ‘design and build’. What this means is that we work alongside you to tailor your build to be something that is truly unique to your style, wants, needs, section and budget. We believe that this is the best way to ensure you get exactly what you want out of your new home.

If design and build isn’t for you or you’re struggling for inspiration, we have a wide range of pre-drawn plans from previous projects for you to look through. You may find something that perfectly suits what you’re looking for or something close that just needs a few adjustments - either way, we will work together to get it just right.
