Drafting
I have 5+ years of experience using Autocad to prepare structural drawings in a boutique engineering office. I have created several complete sets of architectural drawings and used them to remodel my own properties. I have worked with Northern Rivers locals on renovation and landscape projects. With 3 years of training as an Architectural & Engineering Technologist, I am well equipped to prepare your drawings. Using 3D modelling and CAD software, I can help you visualise your ideas and get them ready to build. The drawings can be used when interacting with the council or when getting a quote from your builder. Small renovations to complete new builds, let’s discuss your requirements.

DA Drawings
Ability to create effective, legible DA drawings to present to your local council with a development application. Pool installation & landscaping, renovations or new builds. I can help provide your DA documentation to communicate the design aspects of your project to your council. These will enable you to gain council approval to proceed with your project and apply for a construction certificate.

Construction drawings
Ability to provide construction drawings showing precise dimensions, structural systems, construction methods and materials. These drawings are required to gain a construction certificate from your council or a private building certifier and enable your builder to commence construction. The level of detail required for construction drawings depends on each project. Some owners prefer all finishes, colours and materials to be decided and placed in the contract with the drawings and some owners will refrain from making these decisions until later in the process. Greater levels of detail included at this stage will enable your builder to provide an accurate quote and define the scope of works.
