Kim Veltman Architecture is a small friendly Architectural firm based in Pakuranga, Auckland headed by Kim Veltman, an Architectural Graduate with over 20 years experience.

We specialise in providing a wide range of Architectural Designs, both contemporary and traditional for residential and commercial purposes.

We are committed to listening carefully to our clients, their requirements and wish lists. We like to see how they live or work, as appropriate, in order to ensure that the design created meets their requirements and is unique to them.
We are aware of the importance of the project meeting the client’s budgetary requirements and try to provide a realistic estimate of likely costs a project may incur.
