KMD Outdoor Spaces
Pool Builders & Designers
About us
Outdoor spaces that inspire…We are a passionate, award-winning team of pool creators/garden shapers for rural estates, urban, coastal and harbour-front homes.
We specialise in:
• Pools – design, construct, remodel
• Landscapes – urban, rural acreage, coastal
• Stonemasonry – houses, seawalls, retaining walls.
Sydney is our home base, and we understand its sandstone geology as only stonemasons can. We collaborate with leading architects, landscape designers and clients to bring their visions to life, no matter how challenging the site.
We manage the full process of construction, from pools to pavilions and all the defining elements that turn landscapes into gardens.
Who We Are
“Well designed and built structural elements are the scaffold supporting a garden for life.”
Kieran Devlin was drawn to creating landscapes through a childhood love of Sydney’s natural bushland and coastline.
As a young stonemasonry apprentice, Kieran completed his landscape science studies at Ryde TAFE, Sydney’s premier earth sciences college.
As founder and director of KMD Outdoor Spaces, Kieran leads a small team of skilled builders, stonemasons, landscape specialists and support staff.
