Early in 2022, we had plans drawn up for the construction and installation of a prefabricated 6m shipping container pool (from QLD) on a large, elevated steel platform.

We then called 7 different builders on the Mornington Peninsula to discuss the management of the final design and construction of this unusual project, including coordination of detailed structural engineer requirements, architect and building surveyor etc.

There were 3 builders that were interested and provided quotes, however Kris from Knstruct Bayside was the only one that was engaged, professional and easy to deal with. Kris had suggestions to improve the process and design which paid off by the time we finished the construction.

Kris also had great admin support from Pilar who had professional and easy to unsderstand documentation.

This all happened during the first half of 2022, which has been a uniquely busy time in the construction industry, so Kris and the team were under the pump but never slipped behind their program.
