We engaged Steve, Sophie and the team at Lamper Constructions to build our new family home, 26 Banfield Place, Maroochydore. The experience was amazing from beginning to end and we just can’t thank them enough or sing their praises highly enough to anyone who asks who built our beautiful new home. Right from the first meeting, you could tell that Steve & Sophie were totally committed to delivering an exceptional end product, spending considerable time with us understanding what we wanted to achieve, our style, our timelines and most importantly budget. Steve worked closely with our Architect to make the right tweaks to deliver exactly what we wanted within our budget.

During the build was when you could really see the difference, everything was planned and scheduled, the team was so friendly every time we visited and we visited a lot! The site was always clean, and the neighbours never complained. The focus on the little details was next level, making sure everything was just right. It was not uncommon to find that something had been sent back or redone because it was not right, it was just done and taken care of. Even down to making sure the door hinges matched the handles, it felt like they had thought of everything, even before we asked.

This is further supported by the team of contractors that Steve & Sophie use on their build, Suppliers, Electricians, Plumbers, Painters, Cabinet Maker, and Glaziers are exactly the same, committed to delivering a top quality product with the same attention to detail. What really set it apart though, was the relationship, Steve & Sophie took time to develop with our family, we really felt like we mattered, we were not just another job, a great example was delivering the house for our Son’s birthday, well before it had been promised.

When we started looking for a builder for our new property, we asked the local real estate agent who they would recommend, and without hesitation she referred us to Lamper Constructions, saying that she believes Steven to be a future star for the region. Lamper Constructions recently built us an investment property. The whole process went extremely smoothly. Each milestone was reached within the allocated time and the only additional costs were variations that we made along the way.

I was impressed with our builder, Steven. He is extremely organised and is very professional in his approach to dealing with clients. Lamper Constructions have built us a beautiful house which has been extremely well finished off. I paid an independent building inspector to check the house out on the day of the handover — what a waste of money that was, there were no defects to report! I would definitely recommend Lamper Constructions to anyone who is considering a new build.

We just took possession of our new investment property and I must say, Steven and his crew were so easy to deal with, Steven builds a home as if he is going to live in himself, highly recommended.
