Our story began one summer afternoon in 2017 over a few drinks at the local pub.

We saw a gap in the market for well designed, well-built homes that are both functional and stylish.

With the help of some liquid courage, we decided to take a leap of faith and Linecrest Homes was born. Our company philosophy is to complete everything to a standard we are proud of and to build homes that we would be happy to live in ourselves.

This is kept in mind through every decision made - from the very start of the project, right through to the handover of a completed home. With more than 30 years of experience in the industry, we’ve built great relationships that we really value. We believe life is too short not to enjoy the people you work with!

If you’d like to discuss your next home, get in touch. We’d love to chat!

What We Do

Design & Build
If you've got land and you need a house to go with it, we're just the people to make that happen. We love nothing more than taking a blank slate and turning it into a dream home for your family! We'll work with you through the entire process, from concept to completion. Whether you've got it all planned out in your head, or no idea where to start, we'll work with you and our contacts in the industry to help make your dream a reality.

House & Land
If you're after a new home but want to simplify the process, our House & Land Packages could be the go! We've got the land and have designed the perfect home for it, now you can either continue with our vision or make some adjustments to add your own touch. Either way, you can be sure you'll love the finished product!

Renovations
If you love where you live but the house just isn't big enough, let us give you a hand with that. Big extensions are a challenge we love sinking our teeth into.

“We wanted to say a huge thank you for the work that you and your partners have done in completing our new house build. For many, stepping into a house build for the first time can be a daunting process and you hear so many stories of things going wrong or it generally being a stressful process. For us dealing with Linecrest Homes and their project partners, there was no stress. It was well organised, well thought through and well communicated, and ultimately it was a fun, enjoyable process which saw our dreams come to reality. To have it completed at a time when the construction industry was stretched from a material/labour shortage was just incredible. Life is simpler when you have the right team around you, and we are very happy we chose Linecrest. Looking forward to the next one already!”
