MC Fearnley Design is a Kaikoura based architectural design firm with one main goal in mind – to provide our clients with expertly designed buildings that are unique, functional, and timeless.

We use our architecture and design services expertise to interpret your brief to achieve a result for you – which is a stunning space that suits your desires and what you are trying to attain.

With 18 years of experience in the building and construction industry and over 12 years in architectural design and draughting service – we match long-standing practical experience with our passion for creating unique spaces.

We know that the design and construction process is often a significant investment for many; therefore, communication and transparency are vital during the process.

Our past design projects include new homes, renovations, alterations, and commercial builds, offering concepts to complete consent documentation, project tender and site observation.
