Because we manage the whole process, we can source trusted, quality contractors for you where required. We can work with you on spec (speculative building) work to help you obtain maximum value for your property.

With over 28 years of renovation experience, Michael Thom leads the dedicated team at Thom Builders. Thom Builders is a member of the Certified Builders Association of New Zealand, Licensed Building Practitioners, and Site Safe.

Michael comes from a family of experienced builders, and this expertise means every renovation is completed to a thorough standard.

We help execute your landscaping vision. At Thom Builders, we manage your landscaping from start to finish, sourcing contractors where required and overseeing the entire project to make sure you are left with a quality result.

We build decks to surround pools, porches, patios, source plants, and much more.

Thom Builders can design the perfect outdoor experience to compliment your home, with no detail spared. We pride ourselves in delivering a quality result to each and every client.
