Millboard Decking

Millboard is the only decking hand-moulded from natural timbers, making it the most realstic composite decking available. Unlike timber, Millboard decking is virtually maintenance free, is highly slip and stain resistant and won’t rot from fungal decay or warp in the way that timber can.

Millboard decking uses a unique material, unrivalled across the globe. Made from polyurethane and resins, reinforced with fibreglass for additional strength & stability. The Lastane® surface is pliable and provides high slip-resistance compared to timber, even in wet conditions.

Virtually Maintenance-Free

Millboard composite decking contains no timber, nor any plastic! It's totally non-porous - meaning it doesn't absorb moisture, making it more stable than traditional decking or composites, & is highly stain resistant, spills won't penetrate the surface!

No Mould, No Rot No Algae

Because Millboard composite decking contains no timber fibres, there are no sugars to host mould or algae! Millboard composite decking is perfect for pools, beaches or wet areas where regular timber (or composites that typically contain timber or flour) will rot & decay over time.

Anti-Slip, No Splinters & Natural Look

Millboard offers the highest Anti-Slip Rating available in Australia - P5. Safe for young feet - You will never get any splinters or grain lift - ever! Millboard decking is hand-moulded from original timber, then hand-coloured to recreate the warm authentic look of timber.

Lost Head Top Fixing

No pre-drilling, no counter-sinking, no fiddly & expensive clipping system. Using Millboard's stainless steel Durafix screws the unique Lastane material self-heals back over the fixing to leave a virtually indistinguishable mark - it couldn't be simpler!

Hard Wearing & Scratch Resistant

The tough Lastane layer is highly scratch resistant and its inherent anti-abrasive qualities make a Millboard deck perfect for commercial or public applications where a demanding environment requires a resilient product.

In addition to Millboard, Timber Distributors is a regional distributor supplying independent timber merchants a wide range of timber building products including Treated Pine and Hardwoods. Formally called Treated Pine Distributors so you may know us as "TPD" for short.

Delivery

We are able to arrange delivery Australia wide - Options include Hiab / Crane Truck delivery directly to site, or pick up from a Mainfreight or Toll Express depot, or fork unload for stores. Please contact us for a quote.

Lead Times

We hold extensive stock in our central warehouse. Delivery for in-stock colours is typically 2 to 5+ business days depending on your location.

As Millboard is made in England there can be longer lead times in case of stock outages. International shipping takes approximately 8 to 12 weeks. We recommend checking stock levels with us prior to order.
