Our award-winning company is based in sunny Mount Maunganui and we specialise in high-end architectural new builds and extensive residential renovations in the Bay of Plenty. From contemporary beachfront living to impressive country estates, we love working on bespoke projects and giving physical form to ‘out of the box’ ideas.

Company Director and Registered Master Builder, Nathan Mouldey, grew up in Tauranga and founded Monohomes in 2011. He continues to lead our team alongside Project Managers Nick Price and Josh Jacka. They each have decades of experience and have built some of the finest homes in New Zealand, Australia, Canada and the US. Together, they love working on unique and extraordinary builds.

Our solid reputation and well-established industry contacts mean Monohomes is often the first choice builder among Tauranga’s leading architects. We collaborate and provide the link between architectural style and everyday practicality and comfort. Each project is customised and we have an expert eye for fine detail and workmanship.
