MRA Limited

Mark Rantin - MRA Limited Taupo, NZ

With four decades of architectural experience, three of them specialising in residential design Mark has a vast range of skill and creativity to bring to your project. Whether your project is your first significant family home, or a home to take you through to retirement he understands the challenges and choices of embarking on the design and build of your new home.

Importance is given to using flexible design to achieve a home that adapts to the different stages of life - meaning that many of our clients don't move on from their MRA designed homes. So once you have the perfect location MRA aims to design a home to meet your current and future needs. A form follows function approach allows design solutions that stand the test of time.

Concrete construction and durable building systems are a passion, with over 40 homes designed in most concrete construction systems available in New Zealand. Understanding of structure allows innovative use of solid construction options. Other preferred systems include aluminium, brick veneer, weatherboard or ply. Each system is used within its design capabilities to enable durable construction.
