You'll get that from us at N.A.S. Construction, in addition to project management expertise and years of building industry knowledge and experience.
High-Quality Standards:
We specialise in building unique, architecturally designed homes that have a high standard of finish. We also offer high-end renovation services.
Comprehensive Service:
We can build from your existing plans, or we can help you in the design phase, working with architects and designers that we know and trust.
Hassle-Free Process:
Building or renovating is a big commitment, financially and personally, but we'll make the experience as stress-free and enjoyable as possible.
Building High-Quality Homes:
To us, building is more than a job. It is a craft that we have spent years refining on some of the most prestigious new builds in the Tauranga, Mt Maunganui, and Bay of Plenty areas. We take a fun and friendly approach to building, but when it comes to the quality of workmanship that we deliver, we don't compromise. Instead, we combine tried-and-trusted traditional building techniques with new technologies and methodologies to ensure high standards throughout. This approach also makes it possible for us to maintain high standards even on complex, unique, and innovative projects.
In other words, we can make the vision you have for your new home a reality, exceeding your expectations. The building process will be smooth, too, as we have extensive project management expertise and an excellent group of subcontractors that we work with. Why Choose Us?
There is a variety of building companies in Tauranga, Mt Maunganui, and Bay of Plenty that you could use for your building project. So why should you choose us at N.A.S. Construction? We work hard to differentiate ourselves from other construction companies through the quality of the workmanship and the professionalism of our service.
Here are some more things you can expect when you choose us as your residential builders in Tauranga.
1: Craftsmanship is a High Priority
You have probably heard stories of builders taking shortcuts and using other methods to get building work done as quickly, cheaply, and easily as possible. That’s not what we do here at N.A.S. Construction. In fact, we are the opposite, as delivering quality craftsmanship is our priority.
2: Effective Project Management
You will find each member of our team is approachable, knowledgeable, and friendly. The building work will also be properly planned and managed to ensure it stays on schedule and within budget, and we’ll communicate with you regularly throughout the build.
3: Expertise in All Areas of Residential Construction
We have a broad range of capabilities here at N.A.S. construction, so we can deliver the highest standards in all parts of the on-site work of your build, from laying the foundations to applying the finishing touches. You can also benefit from our expertise and capabilities in the planning and design stages of your project.
Of course, we can work with plans and drawings you already have, but we can also help if you haven’t got to that stage yet. We work with fantastic architects in the local area who can create construction drawings based on your vision. So, if you are looking for architectural design services in Tauranga as well as construction expertise, we can help. In addition, we can accurately price the build using our extensive knowledge, so you can have confidence in your budget.
4: High Levels of Skill
Our in-house team is skilled and qualified, with extensive experience in the building industry. We also have great relationships with a select group of subcontractors, as well as excellent relationships with suppliers. Working with subbies and companies that we know and trust helps us to maintain quality standards and makes the building process more efficient.
